Description

Godrej Vestamark LLP (“Developer”) is developing a group housing colony namely “Godrej Vrikshya” (“Project”) situated at Village Daultabad, Sector 103, Gurugram, Haryana (“Project Land”) in pursuance of license bearing no. 105 of 2010 dated December 03, 2010 (transferred in the name of the LLP by obtaining change of developer order dated July 27, 2023) and additional license bearing no. 29 of 2024 dated February 21, 2024. The Project is registered with Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram (“HRERA”) bearing registration no. RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/846/587/2024/73 dated July 01, 2024 (website: Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (haryanarera.gov.in) ). The terms of allotment/sale shall be subject to (a) application form, allotment letter, agreement for sale and/or conveyance deed; (b) licenses, building plan and other approvals; and (c) occupation certificate(s). Building plan and approvals are subject to change and revision.

*This offer is valid till 31st January 2025, on select projects and select inventory, which may be withdrawn by the developer at any time at its sole discretion. Terms and conditions apply. The indicative Agreement Value excludes stamp duty, registration charges, GST and other applicable charges. The Allottee shall pay 9.9% of the Agreement Value at the time of booking. Subsequently, the Allottee shall execute the Agreement for Sale with the Developer by paying applicable stamp duty and registration charges within 45 days of booking, following which an additional 10.1% of the Agreement Value shall be payable. Thereafter, 1% of the Agreement of Value per month is payable until the terrace slab is completed, capped at the maximum of 70% of the Agreement Value. Upon terrace slab completion, any remaining amount to reach 70% shall be payable. The balance 25% shall be due on OC application, and the final 5% shall be payable on possession.
